Returns & Exchanges

At Cardi Craze, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
